You must not share your login details with any third party. 18jl0 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 18jl0 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3.4 Account Currency. All accounts on 18jl0 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Deposits made in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

4.6 Right to Withhold Withdrawals. 18jl0 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, 18jl0 may request additional documentation before releasing funds.
5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional credits offered by 18jl0 are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms and conditions attached to the individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of twenty-five times (25×) the bonus amount before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. For example, a ₱1,000 bonus requires ₱25,000 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal is permitted.

5.5 Expiry. Bonus funds and free spins expire within the timeframe specified in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the player's account without notice.

12.2 Termination by Player. You may close your 18jl0 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the 18jl0 platform ceases immediately.
